Manage a Program - for the Competition Development Coaching Program
This course will help coaches understand their own personal coaching gaps, learn how to surround themselves with a support team, assist with managing a curling team's season - administratively, financially, logistically. The course will address, team meetings and communication, media, team contracts and parental involvement. Competition planning inclusive of scheduling, travel, officials, rules and event debriefing are addressed.
